Kindred Curiosity is seeking an Operations Program Manager to join the team. This role will support our work in building a community for Women of Asian Diaspora in the Bay Area. You’ll be working closely with the Executive Director and other directors.

Operations manages logistics, historical and organization duties. This means working closely with the Executive Director to ensure execution of strategy, priorities, and team enrichment/health.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the leadership team to drive event executions and programs aligned with the organization's mission and goals 

• Work together with the Executive Director to cultivate the internal team culture, incorporate team bonding events, feedback loops, leadership retreats, and professional development opportunities

• Streamline internal processes to improve overall operational efficiency and enhance productivity 

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in program/project management in operations or similar teams

• Demonstrate ability to drive execution of events and programs, and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation phases to ensure success delivery 

• Experience in building and maintaining quality relationships with internal team

Nice to Have

• Experience using Google Drive, Click Up (or other project management tools), and Slack

• Passionate about Asian Diaspora experiences and community

• Estimated time commitment: Ranging from 15-20 hours per month

• Volunteer term will go until December 2024 (extension available)

• Location: SF Bay Area or Remote
