Overview
The Community & Programming Lead oversees the planning and execution of programs and community management initiatives at Kindred Curiosity. This role emphasizes crafting engaging programs, managing event logistics, and developing a pilot membership program to enhance involvement and support of our mission.

Key Responsibilities
Program Planning and Execution:

Design and implement a variety of programs and events that align with Kindred Curiosity’s mission and strategic goals.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful program delivery and maximize community impact.
Event Management:

Oversee all logistical aspects of event planning, including venue selection, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management.

Collaboration with marketing and other teams to develop and execute effective event promotion strategies.
Feedback and Improvement:

Gather and analyze feedback from community members and program participants to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Implement changes based on feedback to continuously enhance community experiences and program offerings.
Membership Program Pilot Development:

Create and launch a pilot membership program to build and engage a vibrant community of supporters.

Develop membership benefits, engagement strategies, and communication plans to attract and retain members.
Qualifications
-
2+ years of experience in event planning, program management, or community engagement.

Proven track record of successfully managing and executing events and programs simultaneously.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and promotion.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
